Utilities (water, electric, gas), final cleaning, bed and bath linen included. A 20% deposit is required upon confirmation. Upon arrival, a €1,50 occupancy tax per person per day will be required. Children with less than 12 years are exempt.

Surveillance cameras are present in the outdoor areas solely to ensure the safety of the guests and the villa. No cameras are installed inside the villa or in private or sensitive areas. Recordings are not viewed unless necessary for security reasons.
